Reverence 12 Posted November 17, 2013 We are a small group of guys who work together with strategy, efficiency, and a overall high level of skill. We are looking for the best, and if we can't find the best we will train one to be the best. We are not looking for people new to DayZ, we don't want people asking questions all the time, we want people who know what they are doing, how to do it well, and how to communicate with the team properly. We have an age requirement of 18+ because the immaturity, outbursts, and overall screwing around that comes from the younger age groups, is not accepted.There will be no exceptions to this rule so do not ask. We understand at an age of 18+ people have jobs, wives, kids, school etc.We understand this will and never should be your top priority, but please make it a priority to let us know when things are going on.We expect you to be free for some amount of time on the weekend, weekdays are completely optional. Please make the effort to be on at least once a week and if only once a week that it be a substantial amount of time. Now you may have noticed how much "we" is used throughout this post. There is no I in this group, everything is done as a team, a group, nothing is decided or done without communication with others. You must:Have access to TeamSpeak 3 at all times when playing with the group.Have a working microphone*.Be able to take and give orders when necessary.*That means in working condition, a microphone constantly producing unnecessary noise is not working.
