PLayer using god mode when shot twice in head with m24

A player killed me fair enough, then my buddy took 2 head shots and nothing, hit him 3 more times and he just got drove away, a player is using godmode hack in game, i can't provide any evidence since i did not know there was a hacker on the game until he used god mode, there are no admins online, and none on teamspeak, the player is called "Falqo" he has no clan, is there somehting you can do about this? i do not want to play on a server when hackers beat the system when no admins are online, i lost all my stuff since of the hacker, i take it that he only uses hacks when admins are not online, i know this since he does die only when admins are online.

The player is called "Falqo" please ban him for god mode for not dieing, or bleeding after 2 headshots and a number of body hits with the m24
