People having issues connection to my server, why, its a dedicated machine and has 100 MBS speed

I have a dedicated machine, with only 1 server running on it.

 

I was helping a noob join, and he would just hang when the numbers start going up and he never joined.

 

I noticed also many people are getting kicked for not responding and or losing connection

 

what can I do to fix this?
