Added loot to this military barracks, anyone that has played dayzTaviana.com version knows where to find the loot around them!  Also made a small military compound in Elektro featuring these buildings!

Still looking for a mature clan  of 8 or more to set up shop in the Altar Castle ruins.    There's no castle at Altar, you say?   There's been one on this server for a couple weeks as a permanent  addition.
