They attacked first. We don't normally kill fresh spawns.

It was my understanding that he was with "BlackHawk", I didn't want him alive with us if he is in a team-speak with people that just tried to kill us.

But, Yeah I guess we did kill a fresh.

Fair enough. I've had both Hero/Bandit skins. I've final decided I'd play like I would in real life. Do what I need to survive. 

That guy may not have been a threat but, he was with people that tried killing us.
