If they are posted up on a roof or under a tree, then ya, I fracked up and will die if they a good shot. Electric... If it is a miricle, then miricles are very common. I see people all the time who could have killed me or me kill them before the other person knew. Then again, I stay away from the south shore and NWaf unless I have too. He described what he did and why, but his reasons did not make as much logical sense as he hoped. And if i stand still, what then? You stalked an unarmed player, your intentions as a bandit are probably to take all my supplies, break my legs and make me crawl around while laughing over VOIP. Then brag to your bandit buddies about how gullible i was and the unspeakable horrors you led me through. I don`t want to be a perverse subject to your longing after empowerment over others, you are probably the kind of guy who gets a rush out of having "control over life and death" like a serial killer.
