Player Jonah banned.. Public server UK25

I'm submittig this report as this player was being abusive to players of diffrent countries in the server

I banned him for 1 day for abusive language,

 

Then he rejoined the server with a new GUID and openedly admitted to using stolen GUID's

The following paste is a copy of the chat logs,

I had to ban his player Id to stop him rejoining the server. after he tryed with another GUID

as shown in the pastebin

 

Player ID "67856326" Jonah" if you feel the need to ban from other public dayz server.

 

As you can see from the pastebin after his ban the first GUID was invalid seconds later he managed

to join with that same GUID that was invalid.

 

I would say that he has not hacked in the server but using stolen GUID's is a exploit in itself,

and think Bohemia Interactive would agree.

In a case like that you really don't have to justify your ban. ;-)

He was obviously admitting, you have the logs and you don't have to justify anything.

Thanks for your comment, I would say a global ban is in order on him but that is not my call.

He did in the chat log say another also does this but that is heresay and I can't prove it all but what he said.

I have to say, I didn't have a problem with this player all but his abuse to others in a diffrent country on the server but myself as well as the server players were a bit disgusted that he openly said he gets 5 cd keys a day that are stolen.

This in my mind is robbing players of there cash spent on the game and warrants a global ban. IMO and needed to be reported so other admins can add him.

I posted his Player ID as this is the best way to ban players like this, simply copy the player id into your ban.txt

and not the bans.txt that only deals with guid's and ip's. Other wise he can continue to join your server by changing his GUID.

Then lets see if it is so easy for him to rejoin a DayZ public server as he has not been able to rejoin uk25.
