VladimirLba 1 Posted October 22, 2013 Hello everyone, i bought the full edition of arma two on steam for playing dayz mod (i also download it on steam), but since yesterday i have too much problems and i can't play it.Firstly when i want to join a server the game say me that i don't have a good version and then my question is : Where could i procure the uptade of my version?Secondly when i find server with a compatible version(older version) the game say me that i don't valid the key for arma two operation, how i could done it on steam? dulix11 731 Posted October 22, 2013 Your ArmA II version should already be fully updated (1.62 I believe Operation Arrowhead is up to) if you are using Steam. To update DayZ itself, start by downloading DayZCommander, it is far superior to PlayWithSIX IMO. There you can click on the 'install & update' tab in the top right hand corner. boneboys 7988 Posted October 22, 2013 Make sure you can run ArmAII/CO in vanilla mode without loading DayZ.Test that SP is working.Join a MP game, I recommend a Wasteland server, easy to find and needs no addons.Your game version should be 1.62.10807, this is the latest beta patch, the version you are running can be seen in the bottom lefthand corner of the loading screen. Karmaterror 982 Posted October 23, 2013 I wouldn't use sixlauncher...stick with dayz commander, its very easy to use. Just to be sure follow these steps. 1) install arma 2 ONLY.....then run it once to main menu and exit2) install operation arrowhead and run it once (might show as combined opperations) to main menu and back out.3) download and install dayz commander4) open up dayz commander and go to install/update tab5) in this tab first make sure beta is up to date, then go down and make sure dayz is up to date If you missed out step 1 or 2 when first setting it up this could be the problem ;) 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
