You were kicked of game!?

Recommended Posts

I have arma2 and operation arrowhead on steam and use DayZ commander.I am using WIndows 7 x64bit. Everything is up to date. Every server I have been on so far I can play for a while until I die or kill someone and log off and try to come back on I keep getting : " When The server restarts I can log back in and stay on for a while until it happens again after getting killed or finally deciding to log out and take a break. Are you supposed to manually install a patch for operation arrowhead? I just installed it all from steam then updated rest with dayz commander. I am getting so tired of this I might just go back to battlefield 3.

Steam version and DZC should mean you're all up to date :)

What is the exact message you recieve when you get kicked, take a screen shot if it's too long to write down, that will show the exact cause and help find a solution.

P.S - Why play BF3 when the BF4 Beta is out ? :p

If you are playing the game then your installation is most likely fine.

Are you getting an error message when you are kicked from the game?

Seems like it could just be that your ping is spiking, next time it happens rejoin the server and ask the other players over side chat if they saw an error message when you were kicked.

If it is ping, then you might just have to find a server thats located closer to you.

Where are you from? Are you playing on servers that are relatively close to your location? I myself have the problem of being kicked off certain servers, but only those servers. I simply don't play on them anymore, because it's not really worth it. I have never had any problems one any of the servers I manage so I have never been able to take a look into it serverside.

What exactly is the message coming up on your screen when you're kicked? Is it just "You were kicked off the game?" That can be related to a short pingspike that causes you to be kicked. Do you leave your DayzCommander open while playing? That can make a huge difference, as thecommander produced problems in the past actually causing people to lose to internet completely when they kept the DayZCommander open while playing.

Hey Richie the message I get is just " You were kicked from game" thats it with no errors or anything. Should I reinstall BattleEye? To answer the other people I have a good connection. I use Verizion Fios. Could it be a firewall issue? IDK

It could be firewall, see if you can join without the firewall running.

If you have Taviana installed try joining my server, Info is below.

If or when it kicks you tell me your in-game name and i'll check the logs as to why :)

I've been having the same problem. I started playing dayz during 1.0.2.3, I had no issues other than crashes when my cpu got too hot. And when I got the update for 1.0.2.4 there was nothing wrong. I play on a Epoch server, and lately, I've been having startup crashes right at the end after I hit join. I use a game booster to boost my fps and I usually run Dayz on high priority through task manager. Yet when the server restarts at 2 pm (6 hour restarts) it works fine. Today I've been getting "Kicked From Game" right after I'm about to get on the server. No clue what the problem is. Just seems to work some days and some not.

You're most likely referring to Epoch, as 1.0.2.3 is not a DayZ-version.
