Hey, TheSwarm from Top Tier Gaming (TTG), recently our head recruiter who was in charge of our DayZ department here at the clan has had to leave due to family issues. We require a replacement to fill his job, the requirements for his place are:

• You need to play the mod of DayZ
• You shouldn't mind recruiting new members and managing the current ones
• You need teamspeak 
• You should have basic understanding of how teamspeak works (though not so important)

It's hardly going to work when you're searching on here for someone you can actually trust in an admin-position, yet you never met before.

Also - who is going to commit the time in something they have never been part of before? Maybe you're better of searching in your own ranks. You'll be able to forge them the way you want much easier.

Just so you know - this is just because I'm trying to help you and give you tips, nothing negative.
