I hate all these people sayin' Chernarus is third-world. Sure, it's shabby. But they've got Electricity, Running Water, Hospitals and airports. There is nothing poor about Chernarus apart from the Low-budget Army. Shabby buildings and shabby cars don't make it poor. I'd say it's a little bit slow compared to other countries.

Did I forget to mention that Chernarus is not part of the Czech Republic? It might be based off a Chernarus town in the Czech Republic but it's a country itself.

 

Well they said it's a post soviet state, it's rural, it's remote. It's not like in any modern industrial country where even the most remote place still has internet of some sort, it's more like an abandoned industrial part of the former soviet ruler cast aside because it's of no use anymore. This country has the basics, nothing more what you would expect from a country that is more or less being exploited like every other colonial state. And there a lot of different types of 3rd world counties and there are also different types of developing countries, i would count Chernarus to latter. A good example is China, while the major Cities seem to be overflooded with modern architechture and technology there is nothing of that kind in the rural areas, no running water, mostly no electricity, almost no to no medical care at all, it's literally stone age. It's not like where you live...30 minutes to the next doctor.

I wanna say what I would really wanna sail round in...

A massive tug boat, surrounded with an assortment of massive tractor tires for boarding.

Maybe I would have wind up rubber band propellor and IED torpedoes.

A flak gun would be the centrepiece of my bow though, it would be more devastating than the Death Stars LAZORS.

Along the port and starboard sides I would have flat parts with no cover only flat deck into sea for quick boarding and also short periods of reinforced cover for my riflemen.

I sit in the raised bridge in me captains room manning the wheel and watching with my binocliers a for approaching sea vessels.

I would have a on long beard and a goat called Blackbeard because of his long black beard.

Any chance of mutany and Blackbeard would stare them to death with his evil goat stare.

We would be the most feared pirate crew of the Chernarus sea and atop our bridge there shall be a flashing neon sign from the ol Chernarus brothyl.

Do express trains stop at every train station at your place?

The only train I've ever been on was a pre 21st century steam train.

I'm pretty sure that I could jump off a steam train no trouble though, no need to stop.
