Anyones HFB Server control panel not working?

I've got a support ticket in with HFB Servers, but the control panel for my server on IP 173.208.44.50 won't start my server. I can start my other server without a problem, but that is on a different box in the same datacenter. Just curious if anyone else is with HFB Servers and is having this same issue right now. There's no telling how long it will be until I hear back from their support.

It turns out that the TCAdmin service needed to be restarted by them. Of course it took them 7 hours to reply to my ticket.

The support is a bit slow sometimes, but I have experienced extremely fast responses as well, even when their ticketsystem-problem happened. And I can't say anything bad about the servers themselves.
