Problem server 1.7.2.3 to 1.8.0.2

Hi,

I just opened a server in a hosting (Vilayer), so I try to spend my server who are in 1.7.2.3 to version 1.8.0.2

 

The installation is successful, except as DayZ Commander, I always see in 1.7.2.3 ...

 

If anyone can help me, here is the ip: 62.210.203.197:2302

Hello there, you will most likely just need to change your server name, go into your admin pannel, then hit "configuration files" in there edit your "server.cfg" to have the new version name.

Ok I just changed the name of the server, problem solved!

 

Except now I have to put in place of 1.7.2.3, 1.8.0.2?

if you go into your log viewer, and find "arma2oaserver.rpt" it will tell you any errors that are occuring, take a look in there and see if anything is missing,

stop your server, and install 103718, that should do it.

when I install the 103419, its off my 1.8.0.2 fashion and I have always the same error 103718

thats kinda weird.

 

im a little ill so i might be missing the obvious here, but if your getting stuck on wait for host, and you cant install the beta patch, id put a ticket through to villayer and get them to fix it for you.
