Using the restroom?

Drinking all of this soda and eating all of these beans should make you have to shit like an elephant at the circus.

I think players should have to pee and poop every so often. I just kinda thought about this when I heard the rain turn on and I thought someone was taking a piss behind a tree for a second.

This would add some comic relief in such a serious game... like if someone's meter is about to go off during a gun battle and they shit themselves. Or you catch someone taking a piss and shoot them.

I'm not weird and haven't been thinking about this for a long time... it just kind of came to me as I was eating some beans.

Necessary? Nothing is actually necessary... but all of it adds to the realism/experience.

It would be interesting. Imagine a bandit sniper has been camping and all his wastes are attracting flies that could give his position away?

This game is meant to be realistic after all right? Also maybe once a while the player could use an option to rub one out so he would feel less stress.
