Strange siren sound

Hi all
Since i started playing dayz i wondered what's this sound i randomly hear. Here's a random vid where you can hear this sort of horn, or siren

If you know what it is, or if that have a reason, please tell me; i'm dying in curiosity xD

It's just part of the ambient soundtrack - it has no real meaning.

It certainly spooks people though!

I don't find it spooky. The first time i heard that i thought that was a sort of "archievement" sound, since that ever sounded to me like a "victory horn"

Neither i think is some sort of siren alarm, since it doesn't sound like that

The only ambient sounds that spooked me when I started were the snapping branches and creaky gate sounds.

I do remember a serious panic (I think it's Tavianna) when the church bells started ringing. Good times!
