So tell me, fair, humble, and kind (yeah, not so much on those last three points) users of this forum.

Razor wire. How does it work?

I've come across it once; someone was using it to corral zombies at the entrance of the Elektro church.

Please explain: is there a way to clamber over said razor wire? Is there a way to remove it? Can it be placed ANYWHERE?

Because from what I saw, it was an insurmountable barrier. And it was half-clipped through the walls. It made it literally impossible for anyone to get into the church. I tried using the 'step over' thing to get over it a few times. No dice.

And yet, I saw in a video; someone at the airfield barracks stepped over razor wire. Is my character just a major pussy and doesn't want to risk emasculation or something?

If "step-over" doesn't work you really can't get over it. If you have a tool box you can remove it. Target one of the stakes (3 possible to target iirc) and choose to remove the wire.
