Off Map / Out of Bounds Vehicles

Greetings,

 

I have a public hive server and noticed that I several vehicles that are off the edges of the map.  It was my understanding that they should clean up during the server restarts, but that does not appear to be happening.

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to how I might correct this?

Are they actually in the Debug plains (as in beyond the boundaries of the map) or are they just at the very edge of the map but still on it?

Unfortunately, all out-of-map helpers are commented out in 1.8.

You have to count only on Hive scripts now, or edit server pbo.
