Displaying blue pixels after raising Gamma ?

Hello,

When I play at night I get blue pixels all over the place, happens when raise the Gamma up 1.3 or higher. At time it gets really dark, some sort of dark waves that comes and goes. Any ideas what could it be? See Picture attached

 

AMD Phenom II x6

8 GB RAM / 1 T HDD

EVGA GTX 650TI Boost Super-clock

My compass arrows show blue pixels instead of being luminous. :(
