ok, i updated to 1.7.1.5, the server keeps saying i use 1.7.1.1 and the server is version 1.7.1.5

have you tried more than one server

yes i have, all made sure they said 5

you've not installed the mod correctly then and you must be running 1.7.1.1

That's probably why about 70% of the posts on here are about six updater not working properly, do it manually.

i emptied the folder and put in new files, still the same problem
