Your Masks ect.? -Help Please

So I've been playing DayZ for 4-5 days now and have noticed some players having bandit masks and different uniforms. I was wondering if this is possible to find, or how you get this stuff? Do you get it once you reach bandit or something?

You get it if you shoot newspawns at the beaches, but only if you use M107 or AS50.

You gain humanity for healing other survivors and you lose humanity for killing people.

 

You start at 2500 humanity, if you drop below -2500 you become a bandit and if you gain 5000 you become a hero.

 

You can also find camo clothing or ghillie suits as loot.

You can gain humanity by healing others, trading with others (I think) but it is quite the accomplishment to get a hero skin.

 

Bandit skins are the easiest to get (they are the cloth aorund your face), just kill everyone you see.
