It has come to our attention that some characters are being killed after applying the 1.4.8 update. If this happens to you, then email in to [email protected] with your in-game name, and what you were carrying at the time.

We apologise for the inconvenience.

I sent an email. Do we literally need to list ALL of our equipment? I don't remember it all off of memory, if we do, is the equipment we list the only stuff we get back? What about our location?

Maybe be silly questions, I'd just like to know if possible, rather than making assumptions.

Also how long do you think it will take to get a reply if I may ask?
