Mic does not work in game

I am having trouble with my mic in game no one can hear me i am pressing the right key to talk and my mic works on other games to can anyone help me with this problem?

Have you checked the audio settings in game to make sure your mic isn't muted?

Did you change any key bindings for the game?

Did you check to make sure caps lock is your push to talk key? Have you tried changing it?

Were you in the right channel when you tried your mic?

another thing to check, is your windows audio settings, sometimes it sets the mic to an audio device that isnt your mic.
for example mine would set to the audio manager that installed with my audio drivers, then when i changed it to my headset as default, it worked (after relaunching the game, if it is already open)
