My Account on Dayz getting banned for no reason

So i have been a fan of dayz for months now and i love the game. But about 2 months ago or so i made a server and in 5 days afterwards it got hacked. And then battleeye banned me. Not from one server, not from my server, not for a temporarily period, but for the rest of my life. As stated in the title for no reason. I dont want to hate, I dont want to be a dick, I just simply want my ability to play dayz back because i miss the game.
