UK25 Script user report

Server: UK25 (Chernarus, Vanilla, official)

Time of occurance was 29 August, 2013 ~04:40 GMT+1

 

Events of incident: Player with username 'Dark' logged into the server while I was the only player currently online, was instantly very close to my location with a motorbike, although I did not see him actually appear from thin air. Was not in any of the player hotspots at the time, so while this is not impossible, it seems like a very suspicious occurance. Was also carrying a AK107 with PSO scope, which I do not think is available on the standard chernarus map. The player was subsequently kicked multiple times with many reattempted logins, server reported that the player had been kicked for 'script violation' of varying number identities.

 

Unfortunately I did not think to capture a screenshot, so I am unable to provide evidence to support this personally. I would however, be much obliged if the server administrators for UK25 could review the server logs taken during this time period.

Sadly we can't do anything about that here. But if you know who the serveradmin might be, contact him. He's the only one who can something about it.

Thanks for the report, I'm currently looking into this.

As I see only yourself and Dark where on the server at the time and the script log is showing things like

hint "Infinite Ammo ON!";

Hint "Map markers on";

or

if (g0d == 0) then
{
g0d = 1;
hint "GOD ON";

 

I would agree he looks like a script user

Will look deeper over the next 24hrs to see if warrent a ban.

Having looked at the scripts on the server, This user was caught on only 2 scripts.
I would surmise that he was useing the script to gain advantage.
I would also sumise he is a noob script user as he was caught in the most basic script.

Script User ended - Server reboot.

The script he used repeated 30 times in the 5 min's he was online.
As shown in sample above.

I have no Proof that he teleported but the log shows this

Which would indicate that he did indeed teleport with a vehicle.

This player is now banned from the server.

Player Dark has also used the player name Dust.

Never thanked you properly for this- thank you for looking into this for me, the whole situation seemed untoward and I'm sure I'm right in saying we don't want any hackers on the server.

I need to open this up again. Players I've been playing with have been reporting that they are being teleported into the debug area and killed by a player named 'dark'. This is currently still going on as I type- 6.09PM BST 18 Sep 2013. Server population dropped from >30 to 7 in under quarter of an hour. Logged out at the time but was informed by people still playing about the situation, hoping they'll post here with more details.

Well this is a strange one. although I have a log entry at 18:19:14 by the player named dark joining the server.

I have no log entries from 18:14:22 to 19:04:37 of any activity on any script on the server, which is strange in itself.

I can't comment further as I wasn't online at the time.

 

I will continue to monitor the server.
