Dayz won't start.

I can start dayz on my new pc.

This is the config:

 

- MSI Z87-G45 Gaming

- Intel® Core™ i5-4670K

- Corsair 32 GB DDR3-1600

- MSI N780 TF 3GD5/OC x2

- Samsung 840 Pro MZ-7PD512BW, 512GB SSD

- Western Digital Black 2 TB

- Windows 8 64bit

 

Windows 8 is installed  on the ssd and arma 2, ARMA2: Operation Arrowhead, ARMA2: Operation Arrowhead beta installed on HDD drive (TB2).

I use dayz commander the play dayz.

 

Can someone help me.

how have you installed the game.

what versions of the games are you running 

any error messages come up

I installed Arma 2, ARMA2: Operation Arrowhead, ARMA2: Operation Arrowhead beta en start those games.

Then I installed DayZ Commander and then I installed Dayz 1.7.7.1

I did the same with my other pc and their it works fine.

 

Arma 2 Version is 103718.

 

The game starts, but it says Connection failed and can't close dayz in windows, only restart windows it self.

I've heard dayZ doesn't like SLI... Don't think that would cause the game to have issues starting up though.  "connection failed" warning makes me think that its related to BattleEye or something like that...

 

If you've run both ARMAII and ARMA:OA then I'm at a loss for suggestions :(

My other pc has 2 MSI N760 TF 2GD5/OC in SLI and works fine.

The new pc is not at the moment in SLI.

I don't think it is battleEye>

I tried on the new pc in SLI and it is the same thing. :)

I will play Day Z mod in steam.

 

Someone have a solution or a idea?
