Fire Extinguisher

I think it would be neat if there was a fire extinguisher in DayZ SA.

 

Stats

 

Type: tool

Spawn Locations: hospitals, hangars, air traffic control towers, and fire stations

Rarity: moderately rare

Uses: Vehicles can catch on fire if sufficient damage is taken. The fire extinguisher would be used to extinguish the flames. If an engine is damaged in a helicopter, for example, a fire would break out. If the fire is not extinguished in time, the engine is destroyed and the vehicle becomes inoperable.

Think it should be added in at some point.  It would be pretty hard to extinguish a fire in a helicopter right now, but do sort of like the idea.  Use would be as a melee weapon as well (big blunt steel object).  And of course spraying the foam, could lower body temperature as well as create a smoke screen (if temporary).  Could probably be crafted into some sort of IED or other object.

Mmm, I thought you meant as a melee weapon or pressurised explosive device.

I'd like to see these fire-extinguishers to be used to cool fire from important objects from burning away.

such as documents, plants, houses, and other players.
