Constant fps drops

My FPS constantly drop to 1-4 every 3 seconds, but the it only happens on certain servers. I can't tell why, Iv'e tried all the methods of improving my FPS but it doesnt change.

It's more than likely a server side problem. I'd recommend just playing on servers where you don't have issues.

Yes, but this server has everything i want on it, and I believe there isnt any other server out there like it.

Well what does this server have?  I might be able to help you find some servers with similar feature, if not the same.

If there are no other servers like it, it's because they removed the things that bogged the server down. Too vehicles, buildings and scripts can hurt a servers performance pretty easily.
