Any of the airfields, but if I have a camping tent, then Elektro or Cherno. Because I can set up a campsite a few miles away, stash valuables and keep making stealth runs into the cities for supplies and gear, and you wouldn't guess how often I go into Cherno or Elektro looking for meds or food and run into countless corpses and find awesome military grade weapons. Easy loot, plus stealthing through the city with no good weapons or ammo is a rush because if you do get spotted, I only have my pistol to protect me, unless I just looted a rifle or LMG off some dead dude.
