Picking up items

hey there,

im new to the game and new to this mod but what i noticed is that i cant pick up weapons.

My backpack and items along with it lie on the ground and cant be picked up.

Im using F to try to pick up the weapons but thats set to toggling weapons.

What keyboard key do i use to pick up weapons?

G for gear !

Try lôôking in the contols to see what does what, you know, things like, B for binoculars, L for light....so on and so forth.

g for g didnt help. my items were still always on the ground.

Look towards what you want to pick up on the ground and press G. This will bring up your inventory. To the left is a list of everything you have and everything you can pick up. If there is a number to the right of the item name that means you have that many of that item on you. However, if there is a number to the left of the item and no number to the right that means you dont have that item on you and that you can pick it up.

So lets say you want to pick up a weapon, for instance a Lee-Enfield rifle on the ground. What you do is look at the weapon on the ground and then press G to bring up your gear. Click the name of the item which in this case would bee ''Lee-Enfield''. Then you click the little white arrow to the right of the name and you should pick it up.
