The title says it all.

I requested over 2-3 weeks ago a new instance id for my second rootserver.

And i get no answer included up today!

 

Whats up Admins?

The support system is not really functional right now, the admins have very limited control over what they can do at the moment.

Be patient, I know it sucks but there really isn't much that can be done.
