Added in the M240 on Biplanes mod, night time for the last 40-60 minutes of the server with clear skies.

Just slapped in Deployable Bike's. Well Bicycle and more of the new vehicles that were added in. Like the Camel, M240 humvee etc in custom locations. More to come.

Made a few small modifications like making the bike menu show up at the very bottom to prevent accidental deploying of it. Also working on adding in a new base or two.
