Cannot oppen file "_cur_mp.pbo"

As I see nobody responded to my previous post (please delete that post please), got other files but now comes another error that I see is common in those who hosts and want to get to your own server. When wanting to enter says this: "Can not open file 'C: \ Users \ User \ AppData \ Local \ Arma 2 OA \ tmp \ _cur_mp.pbo"

I need to download more files or just a simple client? And what i should do to play the server with that program?
