Private Server - Spawn items?! Help Me Please

I've hosting my own server for my clan.. But we want to test things.. Like sniper targeting and helicopter flying you know?! But how can I spawn the items close to us? What program do i need for that ?? And How can I login as admin? Will that make me be able to spawn items?

I'm using Navicat lite and when I click at player_data I recive

add admintools to your mission files would be the easiest way then you can spawn what you want in game...

 

check out the opendayz forums theres plenty of scripting help there and if you really decide to add admin tools but cant do it link me your files and ill put some in for you
