Any "Official" servers still active? Hackers?

Can't seem to find any these days. I have tried some of the private-Hives and have no problem with them (existing) but really cant be bothered to have different mods/versions depending which server I join, DB wipes, etc.

 

Also hows the Hacking these days? I quit dayZ back aronud Christmas due to Hacking being out-of-control

have you tried using dayz commander???

 

there are tons of high pop, medium and low pop hive servers...

 

hacking is more prevelant on hive servers i think, but its not as bad as it used to be...no gangnam or anything ridic...just script kiddies with dmr's.

no as 50 s anymore and cant even be hacked in, so all is good in dayz land

There are some Public servers alive and very active. Don't be afraid, there are a lot fewer hackers than the Christmas period ;)

 

If your are leaving in EU you can try our Public Hive server  FR 808:

US2419 is a DayZ vanilla Chernarus server, with active admins.

 

It is also TMW's home server, so if you ever need a bloodbag or a hug, you just need to shout and we're there!

TY guys i'll give those a try. Im a US player but the French and German hosted servers are normally fine for me.

That's good to hear. So even the legit AS50 is a thing of the past (the one with the normal scope)? I now they actually spawned in heli crashs at one point. I never had a problem with them TBH it was just the Hacked in one from Arrowhead that had thermal sites that was a problem.
