Dayz won't download on dayz commander

I want to play Dayz with my friend but it won't download and i get this message.

Go to your internet connection settings, and switch your DNS Addresses to 208.67.222.222, 208.67.220.220 ... That's OpenDNS.

either something is blocking the connection ie antivirus/firewall , dayzcommander servers are temp down or the dns is out of date on your isp 

 

try flushing the dns from command prompt or switching to opendns or google's public dns

Open Cmd. Type "ipconfig /flushdns" after the "C:\Windows\system32" prompt that appears. Make sure you leave a space between the "G" and the forward slash. Wait for the "Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache" message to appear to complete the process.
