Wrong Island/Country imo.

 

Sahrani had a lot of this and even more. It was half a tourist paradise ( it looked quite like the beaches in Dead Island ) with "wealthier" housings and the other half a communist country with it's typical buildings and infrastructure. You could really see they were two different worlds on one island.

wrong country for atmospheric towns?

one thing i wanted to add:

 

maybe at some point we could see tramway tracks and tramways as well ;) in oneof the major locations. but i guess that would be a big one...
