i was thinking about how you put a gun in your backpack and it's there but no visual way to show that its on your back like in games such as 'the last of us' if this is possible in Day z it would greatly increase visual realism and attention to detail even higher! and when you put a gun on your back it takes up the left side not right because it may cause a problem with models going through each other etc etc...

I highly doubt it's possible to do in the mod.

But it will be implemented in the Standalone if I recall correctly.
