Global ban even though I didn't hack?`

Hello, So I've had this error for a while now but now i wanna start playing DayZ again, but i always get that i have been kicked from the game because of a global ban even though I didn't hack. I already contacted Battle Eye support but is there a way to manually fix it?

Well there is no reason to lie here, there isn't anything anyone here can do. And if you honestly didn't hack then it sucks for you. Shouldn't download questionable programs that you aren't sure about due to a potential key stealer. But if you want to play again you're going to need to pay 30$ again, as it doesn't pay to hack.

It's at the top of the topic, so I honestly have no idea how people can be so blind no to see it.

Like ingruo said, you're pretty much SOL. Stop downloading things from the internet, or sharing your steam info. Your CD key is like.... your wallet. It's your responsibility to protect it and keep it safe, and nobody elses. If you lose it, then you probably did something stupid, and nobody will feel sorry for you. Sorry, but that's just how it is.
