dulix11 731 Posted July 6, 2013 (edited) First of all, welcome to the forums! Second of all, no. Not a chance. Single core processors are more useful for browsing and typing stuff. Not for a massive game like this. You're better off buying a new computer instead, once you've found one ask in the 'Can I run it?' thread to see if it'll run DayZ OK. There is no way you're going to be able to run DayZ.I recommend at least an i5 or better and a GTX 650 or better, although I have played on an i3 and an intel HD 4000, but it was really laggy. dulix11 731 Posted July 6, 2013 Depends where you live. If yo're in the US, not much. You could spend $600 on a computer that would run DayZ on high.

mageks 0 Posted July 23, 2013 (edited) No, your potato will not run DayZ.Your best bet is running Windowed and minimum graphics. Buying a new computer is worthless, just get razor gamebooster or overclock. There is no need to get anything considering Arma is a fairly easy-to-run game... I'm guessing that's a typo... ? Either way - no, not really. I'd avoid anything that's running on an integrated graphics chip. You need a dedicated graphics card. Please use the dedicated "Can I Run DayZ Mod?" topic, which you can find here...http://forums.dayzgame.com/index.php?/topic/146536-can-i-run-dayz-mod-post-here/ Locked.
