Recommended Posts

Heyyyyyyyy!

What kinda fps should I realistically be running ingame????

Used to more arcade style fps games such as cs etc and on this max settings im getting between 20-30?

Worth dropping settings down or is this fairly standard????

Chances are, if you are averaging 20 - 30 fps with games like CS then you might want to turn a few setting down a bit. There are a lot of topics on this forum that will explain this jn more depth.

I know it can run it though, im just asking what is a reaslistic fps to be looking for?

Obviously most is best, but with the draw in this game being what it is, 100-200 is probably asking a bit much ;)

And no, 20-30 on this, 200 on cs =)

My spec is irrelevent as all im asking for is a guideline.

And 60 regardless of game isnt too specific as wow at 30 fps is a far greater experience than an fps at 30 fps!

If you want more frames, turn your settings down. It's not rocket science. Just don't go all the way down to the worst, as this can be harder on your system than medium settings. And you want to shoot for at least 60 for any FPS, that's a given. Other games it can be excusable, but no so much for a shooter.

If you want anything more than that, we'll need your specs.

lol, as a guideline 30 fps is the absolute minimum that is acceptable for any game, 60 + is really what you should look for.
