A concealed carry system (be it in pockets, backpacks etc) would be a good addition. Add the ability to search players for their stuff if you want to fully releive them of their weapons.

I'd love to be have to have a pistol concealed as well as on my thigh in game. For me a pistol at your thigh or on a plate carrier horizontally at chest level is the best place.
