Problem joining a server

I decided to start playing DayZ again. I went to DayZ commander and downloaded the newest update. Now whenever I attempt to join a server, the game closes and I get this message:

Include file z\addons\dayz_code\system\REsec.sqf not found

I've downloaded the update again and I've updated Arma 2 multiple times, but I still get this error message. Any ideas?

The server has an issue. Tell the owner to remove the last line of his init.sqf in his mission.pbo (or server.pbo can't remember).
