Dayz Lagging on All Servers (Good Pc)

So recently I got a gaming laptop. I bought it after my old laptop broke. My old pc ran dayz fine on low settings, but my new pc lags on very low. I play plantside and arma 2 single player on ultra and high. Ive tried everything and it wont work. All servers lag. I dont understand whats wrong. And to add my internet connection is pretty good.

All DayZ servers usually are lagging if not restarted every 3-4 hours, this is normal and do not depends from your hardware configuration.
