How do I "verify the integrity of game cache" for my OA without steam

How do I verify the integrity of the game cache for my operation arrowhead, without it being attached to steam. I have recently got my CD key stolen and my ArmA is on Steam but my OA was bought from gamestop. I really need to get it back soon please help!!!!

I only see the options for the ones with steam and the installation.

MIXED COPY (RETAIL + STEAM)

Yes, but the update on their site says the update was from 2 years ago.

Unless you are looking for a beta patch, that is the latest version.
