Error: Incorrect server side application...

I've been getting this error since 1.7.1.2... it comes after 'waiting to create character' then the 'loading' screen....

"This server is running an incorrect version of the server side application. You cannot play on this server. If you are the server admin please contact DayZ staff."

Also if it means anything.... a pop error comes up after clicking 'ok' in the lobby... No entry 'bin\comfig.bin/CfgWeapons,'.

I know it doesnt effect most people but it is affecting a few.

Been playing since OFP so I know what I'm doing, I know my command line is correct, I have the latest beta and the latest dayz files and I know the servers aren't all running the incorrect hive.

What is this error and how is it corrected?
