Has the game improved...

Recommended Posts

This isn't meant to be a troll thread or anything, I'm genuinely interested in getting back into it. Haven't played since last september, I believe the version was 1.7.5.

I gave up because of the bugs, mainly, the zombies glitching all over the place. Dubious hit detection. Has this all been fixed?

nah

No Idea what the fuck your on about.

The last few updates (were up to 1.7.7.1) have added a few new features that are really good I'll link you to some change logs.

I suggest finding yourself a good private hive like balota buddies for a good experience getting back into the game because the private hives are still and issue with hackers.

In most ways, yes. Check the changelogs in the Announcements section to find out what's new.

Yes they have, as shown by our community support team, if you check the "changelogs" then you are more than likely to find out new info

Would you want to play a game where the devs and community don't make improvements?

there have been a lot of changes, some agreeable and some not, but overall DayZ can never be called stale. Download / update now.
