Dead army men

When I was looting the airfield and I saw a dead army soldier and I was like "Yes army loot" but they had nothing on them. I think that some of them should have ammo, smoke grenades, maybe even a gun? Because you would think that they wouldn't run out with nothing.

That army men are just for decoration and they usually have no loot except for bandages and some food loot

They DO have smoke grenades and STANAG magazines. (Along with the normal loot.)

It's just uncommon. It's always been like that.

Its all luck when it comes to loot. You either get an empty tin can or something worthwhile.

I believe he is referring to the dead military Z's that just appear on the ground/aren't entities/aren't lootable. I would suggest that they will most likely not be in SA, considering the way Rocket expresses his views on pre-designed dioramas.
