Script Restriction #16 wha?

Alot of times when I join a server a bar pops up saying that during load up OR 10-15 minutes after having loaded up into a game. I don't know how to fix it but it boots me out of the server. I'm scared that I might be banned or something but i've never done anything that would count as cheating or hacking. really confusing. Might just be a simple error but its scares me. I also have this weird fps issue where it rapidly goes from like 60 fps to 10 fps and its more annoying than just having flat 10 fps. Help?

The battleground #16 restriction tends to be a server sided thing, not sure if there's a issue on the client side, but just stay away from servers that kick you for it
