Muncywolverine 236 Posted June 15, 2013 Short story time ~Last night i played for a couple of hours and i was having a bad time. Probably because i went to Cherno to loot (Bad idea don't do that) - I got infected for the first time since this patch came out (Been playing for a couple of days never gotten infected) and was promptly hatchet'd on-sight while on low HP and died.Didn't lose anything too terribly important... but it left a bad taste in my mouth.I thought about calling it a night but i re-spawned and ended in in Elecktro. After running through the center of the town, seeing a MOSH PIT of bandits and survivors with every low level weapon imaginable - hatchets, Lee Enfields, makorovs etc bullets were flying and people were dying. I ran like hell and managed to escape towards the northern part of the town.At this point i've got a crowbar and a coyote pack. I'm angry at the world and ready to kill someone (Which i rarely do - i play as a hero). I run out back towards the town and see a survivor armed with a G17 checking the gear in a downed little bird chopper.I run up to him, he starts to turn around. I crowbar him in the head and instantly kill him. Thats right - i got a headshot with a crowbar. I grab his stuff and start running the long way around sniper hill (Out towards the coast) when i spot a car. A perfect, undamaged, fully functional, fueled car.Barely believing my luck i hop in and drive to Cherno to pick up a buddy of mine. He's never seen/had a car before and he's amazed. "Since we have a car now" He says - "Lets go to stary sobor and get military gear".I agree and we head out on our epic adventure. Checking barns and other small towns along the way for ammo and fuel we make our way to the town. We arrive unscathed, park the car in the forest, and are promptly killed by a hacker artillery strike on our way across a field.Yup.
