Weather and effects on character condition [SA]

This must have definitely been discussed :D Different weather types and how they could affect your character, for example snow, gotta stay warm and heavy patch's of snow slow you down. I think this could really really cool it would change how people operate, what clothing they put one etc.. Not just cold weather but maybe hot summers as well, player dehydrates faster etc..

Anyway that's my 2 cents on it and i'm sure this has been discussed before just making sure x)
